Spain Weather in December

The temperature is a little warmer in San Sebastián, on the northern Atlantic coast, at about 55°F (12°C), but if you want to get the most of the sun and warmth during Spain's winter, you should go to the Mediterranean shore. Events & Festivals To Attend in Spain in December
Christmas Eve

Locals prepare a traditional Christmas meal known as Pavo Trufado de Navidad, while in some regions of Spain, like Galicia, the menu is entirely composed of seafood, including lobster, shellfish, mollusks, and crabs.
