The Hunter Valley

Kangaroo Valley

The valley is about 15 kilometres long and up to 2 kilometres wide and has several waterfalls and lakes. The valley was once the site of an Aboriginal village, and many archaeological sites exist. The valley is a popular tourist destination, with walks and horse rides.
Stanwell Park

The park features extensive gardens, landscaped areas, and a wide range of sporting facilities. The park is also home to several attractions, including the Stanwell Safari Park and the Royal Zoological Society of New South Wales Australian Open Zoo.
