Bhadraj trek is a very invigorating short trekking route ideal for weekends treks. The trail can be completed in one or two days max. The trails consist of beautifully forested areas in the northern slopes and barren grasslands on the southern slopes. The best way to enjoy the Bhadraj trek is by completing it in two days and camping overnight at Dudhli village. The Bhadraj temple trek starts from Mussoorie with a professional guide. The trails go through Dudhli village.
About the Destination:
The Bhadraj temple is part of the Badrinath Temple and pilgrims regard the blessings they get here the same as they receive when they visit the Badrinath Temple. Every year between the 15th to 17th of August the Temple organizes a fair that attracts a large number of devotees from Mussoorie and nearby areas.
The Bhadraj hill trek goes past beautiful Victorian-style buildings and a wonderful trail covered in rich greenery. The trail will take you to Dudhli which is also famous as the Milkman’s Village. You can camp here for the night and continue on your Bhadraj trek in the morning. From the village, the trek is going to be a little steep and can get exhausting. But the view from the Temple is totally worth the trek.
