Best Places to Visit in Naukuchiatal

Sattal situated at the lower Himalayan range near Bhimtal and is an accumulation of seven freshwater lakes. The Hanuman temple is a place to visit in Naukuchiatal if you are an ardent devotee of Hanuman Ji, the monkey god. Mukteshwar, this little hilly town of Nainital one of the popular tourist places in Naukuchiatal has a lot of history entwined along its existence. The 350-year-old Shiva temple, Mukteshwar Dham adorns the tip of the highest point in town. Historical evidence claims that the temple has been built by Tamil Pandya king. 

Close to it, is Chauli ki Jali, overhanging cliffs which are best enjoyed for rappelling and rock climbing and offers a breathtaking view of the valley below.
