SULTAN QABOOS MOSQUE

Named in honor of the Sultan of Oman, the Sultan Qaboos Mosque is an architectural wonder. It is also the largest mosque that you will find in Salalah. Located in the city center, the mosque occupies a large area and displays the magnificence of Islamic architecture. However, there is also some intriguing mix of Modern architecture.

The result is an impressive colossal structure that gives off an air of purity. Moreover, the lavish chandeliers and beautiful wall patterns are mesmerizing. Here, non-Muslims are also permitted to marvel at the beauty of the mosque and soothe the soul. No wonder it is one of the most revered places in Salalah.
