About Art Collection Museum
The amazing Art collections museum is nestled in the Romanian Royal Palace and is a part of the majestic National Museum of Art of Romania. During your visit you will find up to 44 collections on display, most of which have been donated to the museum by various renowned and important Romanian families. These amazing collections include several pieces belonging to the regions of Asia and Middle East, and some from the western European parts.
In addition to these historical pieces the museum also has Romania artworks of various artists belonging to the 19th and 20th century. These artworks include the artists of the likes of Theodor Aman, Nicolae Grigorescu, and Ioan Andreescu. In addition to this the museum also houses stone carved old Romanian art, including several objects brought from the Vacaresti Monastery.
