Amritara Raga on the Ganges is located on the National Highway 7 that connects Rishikesh to Badrinath. It is situated 30 km from Rishikesh centre off the Badrinath Road. It is well connected with the Rishikesh Railway Station(35 km) and Jolly Grant Airport(52 km). Private cabs are readily available from the airport and Rishikesh city. The resort is a 1.5-hour drive from Dehradun and a 7-hour drive from Delhi. In case you are going for public transport, you can get on board a state government bus heading towards Byasi, Kaudiyala or Devprayag and disembark at the resort. There are several small taxis also running between Rishikesh and Byasi, Kaudiyala or Devprayag. You can get on one of them from Rishikesh, but they usually take some time to fill up.
