The tribal zone was a complete surprise, i never knew theese kind of places still exist in india. There are many adventurous activity , that you can carryout there, like sight seeing, trekking on hills, the short jungle safari and camping near the cauvery river. To me camping was a great experience.

It's just too good to be true, just too good to exist, really. Not just one of the best, this was THE BEST weekend. I'm gonna be up this way more than I go to visit my parents.

Arguably the best time to explore this heavenly treasure of nature is post monsoon, when it's sight - locking beauty is at it's best. One thing is for certain - you can not die until you've seen this valley. You just don't.

Two words : Holy Shit! I might as well move in Garhwal, so I can practically live in the valley.

I never knew such a place existed out of fairytales, until I took in every speck of beauty the valley of flowers had in store. Indegenous flora, sweet chirping of birds, misty weather, clean, cold streams gurgling amidst rocks. One will be concinved, for sure, they're dreaming all this.

It was love at first sight. I thanked God for sparing this small piece of heaven for us humans, as soon as we had a real good look at the valley. It was christmas for my camera.

Sheer awesomeness, seriously. I mean, a colourful velvet flower carpet, serene peaks and a cool non - tiring climate. What does one want more from a holiday destination? This trip is going to repeat itself for me and my friends.

We took this hike through the valley in the monsoon season. According to me it's the best period to watch this valley, as it's youth is at it's brim during monsoon. It was a genuinly memorable experience.

Brahmagiri Trek and Barapole Rafting is a must to take weekend getaway for every Bangalorean. Firstly, this is way close that even the travel isn’t that costly. Also, the place is a traveller’s paradise: more like an adventurer’s paradise. Apart from trek and the rafting, there is also this breathtakingly beautiful falls that is just very spellbounding.

It was the best thing that I have ever done. Hands down this is better than having a luxurious hotel stay. Firstly, it feels so much like being in home. Secondly, this is way cheaper in terms of money. Also, the bonfire at the night is all the more fun with all the co tourists gathering around. This is just perfect for people who would like to have a lot of relaxation and refreshment in their getaway. Also, the nature and surroundings near Nilgiris are so beautiful that it would make anyone fall in love with it. It’s just perfect.

Canoeing is something I have tried only in Kerala, when my friends wanted to try it in Coorg, we were sceptical. However, if you go during the right season then this is the best thing one can do in Coorg. While rafting is all fun, this is blissful in a pleasant way.

I was curious for the cave exploration. It turned out to be amazing. Surely planning for a similar trek down the line.

It was a lovely experience to get up in the early morning together with the rising sun and to go to bed after camp-fire in the late night together with the twinkling stars! Away for some days from your urban concrete rush in the lap of nature .

It really matters what you are expecting from the spot. Best time is go just after rainy season to enjoy fog & green carpet over the mountain. Good trekking area. We saw few peacocks crossing road and went into shrubs. We still regret that we could not trek to peak; due to chilled weather and we didn’t equipped for the trek also. Trekking through secluded villages, evergreen forest teeming with waterfalls and streams and open grassland patches was a once in life time experience.

I did not expected that we would embark on trekking in the Lonaval trip, yes we did trekking too in Koraigad and it was my first ever experience and believe me it was so good, so with a short trek we started the trip , got to see amazing forts and went inside the most visited cave and finally relaxed in our tents. The arrangements made by our organizers were really impressive. Love the place, loved the people and the beautiful weather.
