The group was too big. Thrillophia should restrict the members to an extent so that there can be proper management. Due to so much of people things were getting mismanaged.

Destination was Nice. Only issue was with the Barbecue. The number of barbecue places were insufficient and with the Camp fully occupied, people had to wait hours even to get 1 serving. They must either increase the barbecue number or substitute it with some other alternative. Also one must bring their own pillows if needed for sleeping.

Hello Thrillophilia Team It was amazing experience. We enjoyed a lot and all activities were superb. Jogni water hills was awesome. Paragliding team was very good and rafting was also thrilling. Our guide Mr. Pawan was very good and supported us during all activities. But when we entered in camp there was no proper response from camp representative and the food timings were very strict. No music and bonfire arrangements by staff.

The Hospitality was good. Local persons were highly co-operative, But no guide was allocated for jungle visit. We individually moved in the jungle, so can't reach the proper destination. At the time of leaving BBQ contract person asked us for extra money. Management was not good.

Reception staff and Rides staff are rude. Main Swimming pool at Amphitheater is good, others are not. Rain dance they say one hour, they will not switch on at least 30 minutes. Food is good and don't choose sunny day for visiting

The camp site is good but could have been more clean. The washroom facility is not upto the mark. More washrooms needed if your camping is booked. @Thrillophilia The cashbacknof Rs 1500 isn't reflecting in my account. pls check post that I want to do more camping

I loved the trek. However, Thrillophilia's contribution / value-add to the overall experience was very little (barring the basic tent accomodation and food). Let me just jump into the specific takeaways from my experience: (1) Value for money: the package covers the trek, dinner and breakfast. So one doesn't have to lookout to arrange these things separately. Booking tents at the last moment can be costlier. Thus, I would recommend taking the package if you are a first timer to Kheerganga. (2) The guide: somehow, the guide arrived late at the basecamp because of traffic. So, instead of starting the trek at 10.30am, we began our ascend at 1pm. However, we managed to complete the trek by 6.30pm (with a few other group members arriving a bit later). The guide was useless I believe. He did not explain us anything about the place along the way. In fact, we could navigate the route on our own / with the help of other trekkers and the guide was mostly away and helping the folks left behind (the slow trekkers in the group). Overall, since the entire route is beautiful and refreshing, I loved the experience. But I feel Thrillophilia should deploy better/trained guides.

Breakfast should have more options. And resort should keep sign board to indicate which place locate at where.

5 star for location 3 star for Thrillophilia experience KheerGanga treks starts from the Bharsaini village. How to reach there? I took bus from Delhi to Bhuntar, from bhuntar you can hire a taxi or local bus which takes 3-4 hrs to reach Bharsaini. Thrillophilia doesn't provide any information for this and no provision is provided for the commute. How was the experience? starting from the local bus journey from Bhuntar to Bharsaini is really awesome as the way comprises of snow covered mountains, Hills decorated with Alpine trees and complete journey is companionated by mighty Parvati river. Trek Experience is really awesome though it's a long trek but if you have good company it's a bliss. We took the forest area while climbing which is recommended one and Village area on our way down the next day. The complete trek experience is a wonderful experience because it gives an opportunity for close encounter with nature be it in terms of water falls, hiking through the dense forests, experiencing the beauty of maple trees and feeding the goats on the way. There are multiple fresh water streams so no worries of getting dehydrated. Also, there are small shops at every 1-2 hr distance to feed your stomach. The summit is covered by mountains on all four sides and the experience of hot bath at kheerganga is cherry on the cake. Experience with Thrillophilia: I reached at Bharsaini at 10 o clock but the other group reached by 2 o clock and there was a little mismanagement because of which our trek started late and there was time we have to hike in absolute dark. The tents provided are good and the food was delicious. Recommendations: Eat well at the restaurant at Bharsaini. Wear the waterproof boots Carry spare clothes for taking bath at kheerganga.

Awesome place for a day outing. suggestions is that need more changing rooms after pool.we waited for more than half-hour to change also there were no latches for the doors. Floor was wet, need more maintenance in the restroom and changing rooms. Food taste was good but not served hot.

Generally the camp was good, staff was friendly, dinner was nice. No personalised barbeque was a dampner. The barbeque was made in bulk by the staff and was overcooked and burnt, most of it were only bones unfortunately. Also, there was lots of disturbance overnight with people making noise throughout, too much commercialized

facilities are good, well maintained. Resort has no limit on number of people per day. so it was over crowded. it was a struggle to use any facility, even getting your lunch plate. if you are planning for a peaceful outing this is not the place!

We went to this resort for the labour's day. Very nice place for family and friends outing. Private beach, the lawn space, children's play area and the hut area.. Everything is good. They could not manage the space for lunch as they had too much of crowd. Management could have set two lunch buffet rooms as the space was too small to occupy the crowd. If you are going to play, it is better to take your own stuffs as they didn't have anything when I went to ask them in the locker room. We were literally begging people to give us volleyball, bat and cricket ball to play. Its an excellent place but according to me, management could be improved.

The reception that I received at the Goldfinch Retreat was incredibly rude. It seems as if the guys are simply waiting to get in a verbal battle with all the guests. We reached the resort at 10:30 in the morning, despite that the room was not ready till 2:00 PM. And you know what? No apologies were given and rather they tried to transfer the blame on us by saying that we tried to call you but your phone was busy so message couldn’t be conveyed. Take note, if you ask for more than two bottles of mineral water, they would only refill the waste water bottles of other guests with filtered water and serve you. It is thus advisable that whenever you go there, you crush the water bottle after using it so that nobody gets deceived here. Does it end here? No! The humiliation is not complete! Guess what, I was miss billed. I was overcharged and someone else’s menu dishes were included under my bill. Do check the bill very carefully! Also, you must demand for a bill and sign it immediately. The gym here doesn’t work. Treadmill is non functional and the other machines were just as bad. I can easily predict that immediately after my review is posted, there will be a canned response posted by someone from the team full of arguments, this is exactly what happened in person. So, I’ll not be surprised even a bit. This place, is a strict no for me!

Good scenic view. But 1) Service is very slow - we got evening breakfast after two hours of ordering. 2) Dinner was served after 10pm 3)Road to reach here is very narrow and its not a Tar road, please avoid driving sedans you will regret. 4)No involvement by the owner, he was not even sure when guests are leaving 4)Tents we're clean and nicely arranged.

camp at kheer ganga could have improved especially the behaviour of staff as I felt them to be offensive . secondly the guides should undergo some training for sure to make the trip memorable actually you were your own most of the time the guides seems t be on a punishment duty. I enjoyed the overall experience which I could have done alone..

Skandagiri is one of the beautiful places around Bangalore and I'd say a best place for a weekend getaway, for adventure and nature lovers. I went to Skandagiri with Thrillophilia on 20th-21st April 2019. Here are few positive and negative things about the trek. Positives: 1. Punctuality, Thrillophilia team made sure they picked us up on time and also, made sure we reached there in time. 2. Worth the money. For Rs 967, I think its a very good trek. 3. Coordination before the trek was good, wrt the live tracking of the pick up vehicle and all. 4. Good breakfast. Negatives: 1. Poor communication and coordination after we reached the place. For long time we did even know who was our trek leader. I felt it was a bit mismanaged. 2. People playing loud music there was another nuisance. We go so far from the city, to enjoy the nature in its pure form, but here it was so disturbing to see people being so ignorant and insensitive. Playing loud music should be strictly prohibited in places like this, as it affects animals and birds in their natural habitat. I feel Thrillophilia should take some measures to control such ignorant acts. 3. After we reached the peak also, no proper instructions were given by the trek leader as to by what time we should be going downhill and stuff. And because of such mismanagement, many of us had to wait for more than an hour for the rest of crew to reach the bus. In all it was a good trek but it could have been better :) - Sneha
