The tour is ideal for nature lovers to experience supreme bliss and adventure at the same time by undergoing an overnight rain forest tour amidst lush green forests. 

The package is inclusive of hotel pickup and drop-off and overnight accommodation at Simson’s Forest with meals as per itinerary. You shall also gather an afternoon and morning trekking experience in Sinharaja Rain forest along with free transportation facility to your next destination (Selected cities only - South / west beach hotels from Mount Lavinia to Yala, Udawalawe, Tissamaharama, Kataragama, Colombo and Negombo)

You shall also enjoy the services of a naturalist during the trekking.  Besides, the package is inclusive of all taxes, fees and handling charges along with national park fees.

Starting/Ending Point:  The package comes with comfortable pick-up and drop off facility to and from your hotel in Colombo/Galle/Negombo/Mirissa.

Sinharaja Rain Forest Tour Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    08:00: You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to Sinharaja

    12:00: Arrive at Rainforest Eco Lodge in time for lunch. After Lunch, check-in to the hotel and spend couple of hours at leisure or enjoy the surrounding of the hotel.

    15:00: Your guide will take you on a memorable nature trail in Sinharaja that can be described as a Tropical Lowland Rainforest or Tropical Wet Evergreen Forest.

    19:3: Enjoy your dinner and spend the overnight at Rainforest Eco Lodge.

  • Day 2 -

    5:00: You will get the wakeup call that gives you the message to get ready for the morning trekking that will start at 5:30 am. This early morning trail will provide maximum opportunity to witness the beauty of the rain-forest.

    08:00: You will arrive at your hotel in time for breakfast. After breakfast, you will spend a couple of hours at leisure, enjoying the surrounding of the hotel.

    11:30: Check out from the hotel and proceed to your next destination. Transportation will be provided free of charge to selected cities only - South / west beach hotels from Mount Lavinia to Yala, Udawalawe, Tissamaharama, Kataragama, Colombo and Negombo)
