- The skip-the-ticket line option eliminates the hassles of waiting in long ticket lines and directly joins the boarding line to the wheel with a regular barcoded ticket.
- The Fastpass express ticket lets you skip both the ticket line and boarding line and get VIP access to the gondolas.

Know Before You Go for Navy Pier Centennial Wheel Experience
- Children aged 0-2 years can avail of the experience free of charge while while children aged 3-11 years have to book the package at child prices. All participants aged 12 years and above have to book the package at adult prices.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Participants are not allowed to bring their pets or carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
- Consumption of alcohol or smoking during the activity is strictly prohibited.
- Tickets are valid for one ride on The Centennial Wheel up to 7 days after of your chosen ticket date. This open-dated ticket allows you to plan your visit around the weather.
- The Navy Pier Summer Fireworks are at Navy Pier every Wednesday and Saturday evening from Memorial Day through Labor Day; additional shows may also be added throughout the year.
- Please note that the Centennial Wheel and other Pier Park attractions must occasionally close during harsh weather conditions, such as lightning, high winds, and extreme cold for the safety of guests and staff..
