Igatpuri Lake Camping Overview

Location: Igatpuri

Igatpuri is a small hill station in the mountains of the Western Ghats. Located on the banks of a river, the campsite is home to beauty and serenity that you will fall in love with. The tranquillity at the place allows visitors to find the perfect time away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Views of misty hills and lush green beauty make this an ideal destination, for all the visitors, for camping. The site is ready to help you build memories for life.

The stay in this property is provided in tents. The tents are erected in a spot where you will be able to see the views of prominent hills, lake and lush green beauty around. Shared between two to three people depending upon the availability, the tents are comfortable and spacious. You will be provided with mattresses, pillows, and blankets for better comfort and cosiness. Pan around to see the beauty you are surrounded by when in the tents.

At Igatpuri Lake campsite, you can enjoy fun activities like paddle boating, kayaking and swimming in the lake. As the evening draws closer, you can relax in your tents with gorgeous sunset views. As the stars begin twinkling, you'll gather around a bonfire and enjoy the night with your friends. After dinner, you can join for a short, 1-hour night trek around the campsite. The campsite is located at a distance of 9 km from Igatpuri bus stand and 25 km from Kasara Railway Station. You can reach the campsite by public or private transport.

    An unforgetful expereince at Igatpuri with my whole family, our group was mixed with both kids and adults, but let me tell you that this place suitable for both, the stays were comfortable and from it gave good views of the lake, sunrise, sunset and after sunset, the sky shone with millions and millions of stars. We had a great time in the lake indulged in kayaking, boating, and swimming even enjoyed night trekking...Unlimited dinner and breakfast were totally good.
