The activity will typically last for 20 to 120 minutes, depending upon your chosen package.

The opening hours are from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm, with a new entry slot every 30 minutes. The last entry for a 90-minute slot is at 7:30 pm, and for a 120-minute slot, it's at 7:00 pm. To avail these last slots, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

Activities at PUNO Junior: Playful Junior, Shooting Games, Racing Games, Adventure & Trampoline Activities, Naughty Beans, Shooting Boy, Hello Kitty, Fat Bear, Crazy Motors, Go Fishing, Hit the Apple, Yahoo Trampoline, Time Machine, Tap-a-Tap, Rotating Globe, Play With Clay, Interactive Ball Pool, Interactive Digger, Connect 4, Foam Pit, Kiddie Cars.

Activities at Adventure Zone: Human Gyro, Sky Rider, Cyclone, 3D Needle, Sky walls, Sky Stepper, Spider Tower, Battle Beam, Rope course, Donut Slide, Ninja Course.

Activities at Trampoline Zone: Interactive trampoline, High Performance, Free Jump Arena, Wipe out, Swing Bridge, Roller bridge, Slam Dunk, DodgeBall.

Activities at Cube Chase: Cube Chase – Run, Cube Chase – Jump, Cube Chase – Win.

You can store your belongings in the paid lockers.

Carrying electronic devices is not recommended on the trampoline.

There is an outdoor waiting area but only for guardians.

Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the activity.

Shoes should be kept in shoe rack.

Based on the safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper at PUNO is 120kg.

No jewellery is allowed on trampolines.

Children under 7 years of age are allowed in the Kids Arena, while those 7 and older can access the Adventure Arena.

The Cube Chase Full House package is available for booking with a minimum and maximum of 8 people.

Please note that all guests will need grip socks to enter the entertainment park. You can bring your own or purchase on-site.

Visitors who are pregnant, or have heart conditions, high blood pressure, dizziness or epilepsy, damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes, asthma, osteoporosis, and/or neurological disorders are advised not to participate or get medical clearance before participating.

In line with PUNO's health and safety policy, outside food is not allowed. However, you can refuel by enjoying a bite or sipping a refreshing beverage at CHOOL Sports Café.

No sharp objects, such as belt buckles or clothing studs are inside the premises.

Changing rooms are available for your convenience.

Experts and supervisors are available to monitor and engage with children, but children under 12 cannot be left unattended.

PUNO Jaipur Tickets Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

It was very thrilling experience for both of my children. They enjoyed it great. Best place to children, who rarely get chances for outing. Visitors are advised to bring water bottle with them , as no drinking was was provided there.
