Know Before You Go for Capitoline Museums Tickets
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- The multimedia introduction is in English.
- You must first exchange your smartphone voucher for a paper ticket at the office between 9:30 am & 3:30 pm.
- Facing Vittorio Emanuele II Monument – white monument – it's on the right-hand side. Walk across the gardens and the bus stop, and you will see a small fountain just in front of the office.
- Large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom. Small bags and personal items may be carried but are subject to inspection.
- Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the exhibition areas.
- Noise levels should be kept to a minimum. Running, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the museum premises.
