The Krabi Hot Springs are essentially "hot baths" carved into polished rock that channel waters from deep-seated hot baths in volcanic chambers. It's also thought that the warm water contains natural mineral salts that are said to treat a variety of ailments, including rheumatism and sciatica. These jungle baths flow into a cold stream that's ideal for dipping and diving.

The Jacuzzi-style tubs are ideal for two people to share and may be filled to the brim with warm running water straight from the thermal springs. Because it is located in the same reserve as the Emerald Pool and the Thung Teao Forest Natural Park, it is worthwhile to combine all of these outstanding eco-spots into one visit.

Wat Tham Sua is one of Thailand's most beautiful natural wonders, and it is well worth the trip. The temple is made up of a maze of natural limestone caves that have formed inside at the base of an incredible rock. And you'll have to climb roughly 1200 stairs up the limestone to reach this historic landmark.
