How To Reach Kongdori

By Gondola: Upon reaching Gulmarg, purchase a ticket for the gondola ride, which will take you directly to Kongdori. The gondola journey offers an unparalleled view of Kashmir's snow-capped mountains and lush valleys. The gondola covers a distance of 2.5 kilometres in 2 stages. In Stage 1, it departs from Gulmarg to Kongdori Station in 9 minutes. Then, in Stage 2, it reaches Kongdori Mountain from Kongdori Station in 12 minutes.

  • Best Season: March to June is the ideal time to visit Kongdori, as the weather is pleasantly mild, perfect for outdoor activities.
