Participants must have a height of at least 110cm to join the activity. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

To ensure your safety, some attractions will have strict rules. Please follow the instructions of the theme park staff before participating in any attractions.

Playing VR games for a long time may cause vertigo. If you are experiencing symptoms such as dizziness or vomiting, please notify the staff immediately.

Only light bites and drinks are allowed in the attraction. However, it is not recommended to eat or drink in the theme park.

Use your voucher at the selected date and time. You will receive a game ticket when you redeem the voucher.

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.

Please note that all players will need to sign an indemnity waiver form before playing the games. Players below the age of 18 will need signage of the form by their guardian.
