You can get off at the main highway and take the exit 816 at the Lanchang Interchange (Lanchang/Raub/Kuala Lipis). From there on, you can follow the signs to Kuala Gandah (or keep heading towards Lanchang) until you reach the sanctuary.

The sanctuary itself does not charge an entrance fee, except for the bathing activity with young elephants. Bathing the young elephants costs 10 MYR for adults and 5 MYR for children.
