- Visitors are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time of their package.
- Safety Lockers are provided near the Ticket Counter for guests to store their valuables.
- Bringing any form of eatables, beverages and alcohol are not allowed inside the premises.
- Professional photography is prohibited in the Carnival Studio.
- Visitors with heights under 33 inches can join free of cost.
- Child tickets are applicable for visitors with heights of 33-54 inches. Adult tickets are applicable for visitors with heights 55 inches and above.
- Participants in inappropriate attire may not be allowed to join the activities.
- Ramoji Film City can be accessed by a wheelchair. Guests can bring and use their own wheelchairs or get it on rent on a first come first serve basis in Ramoji Film City.
