Situated in a Rajasthani Village Dhundhara, this homestay has withstood the test of time and provides a holistic experience of Rajasthan. From the food to the finer details like the linen, which are locally sourced, and bath linen being made of pure cotton. This homestay comes with 4 en-suite bedrooms, each of which are equipped with modern amenities such as, a tea-coffee maker, bathroom toiletries, fresh bath linen (pure cotton) and Wi-F, etc and open up onto a large Indian verandah that overlooks a sprawling garden perfect for afternoon tea.

The village of Dhundhara stood strong against attack from Shahbaaz Khan (Emperor Akbar’s General) to being plundered by the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, during the Marwar war. So take a guided walk around village Dhundhara and soak in the local village scenes, watch local artisans make their unique handicrafts, enjoy the vibrant markets and end the walk with a visit to the girl’s school in the village. Also, enjoy a classic camel ride through the dunes close by to complete your adventurous holiday in Rajasthan.

At the stay, learn the traditional culinary art of Rajasthan, and master the age-old recipes of the family or just enjoy a barbecue in front of a bonfire along with your sundowners.  Later, enjoy a dinner on the rooftop and take in the night view of the village.

How to reach:
The nearest airport is Jodhpur Airport, 63 km from the accommodation. Guests can use a private car or cab to reach the stay.
