How can I reach here from Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC)?
Those who are traveling from Kuala Lumpur City Centre, you will first be driving to Awana Bus Terminal. It will hardly take around 48 minutes for you to reach there. Once here, you will next have to walk to the Level 4 of the building to enjoy your Awana Cable Car ride. If you are planning to bring in your private car, there is a parking facility available at standard parking rates.
Travelers from Kuala Lumpur city area or Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 or 2, can enjoy their one-way transfer service to Awana Station. Also, there are free shuttle bus services that run between Awana Hotel to Awana Bus Station from 07:00 am in the morning to 12:00 am in the night.
Alternatively, you can take a KLIA Ekspress Train to KL Sentral from where you will be taking a Genting Express Bus Service to drive to the lower ground floor of Awana Bus Station.

What is the age criteria for child ticket?
Awana Cable Car in Genting offers a free ride to children with a height up to 90 cm. However, children not falling in this particular height range have to buy the child tickets.
Where I can redeem my e-voucher & what is the redemption process?
There are redemption counters each at Awana Station, Sky Avenue Station, and Chin Swee Station. For the redemption process, you will have to scan your QR code present on your e-voucher or printed ticket to enter directly.
What is the duration of Cable car ride?
Your cable car ride shall last for 10 minutes.
What is the Cable car capacity?
Every standard Gondola can accommodate a maximum of 10 heads, including children. You will be sharing your gondola cable car ride with other travelers. Every single passenger has the liberty to carry an aircraft cabin size bag measuring 56cm x 36 cm x 23 cm.
For those who carry a bag which exceeds the pre-defined size limits will have to pay MYR19 surcharge per head. All oversized luggage shall be equipped at Awana SkyWay building’s level 2 for 24 hours for MYR5.
