Participants are required to sign indemnity form for public liability insurance purpose

Participants are not allowed to bring personal belongings on TW100 including camera and mobile phone. Menara Kuala Lumpur, or third-party contract with Menara Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to take photographs and/or videos of participants.

Flat, lace-up secure footwear and pants must be worn. No personal belongings other than clothing being worn and eyeglasses may be taken on TW100. On-site storage lockers are available.

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.

Participants must be of sound physical health, have good hand-eye coordination and able to walk independently (without assistance or aid).

Participants are required to check-in 45 minutes before the specified time on the KL Tower tickets. 40minutes are allocated for each session; 10 minutes for briefing and harness donning, 20minutes for walking at TW100, and 10 minutes for removing the harness.

Fixed day ticket implies that KL Tower ticket will be applicable only for the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.

For safety reasons, personal bags are not allowed on the SkyDeck.

The minimum weight of the child should be 34 kg and height of minimum 120cm is required for the Tower Walk 100.
