How to reach Satpura Safari Resort:

By Road: Buses and cabs are available from near cities and one can also reach Madhai by there own vehicle. Bhopal -140 km (Approx 3.5 Hrs), Hoshangabad – 70 km (Approx 1.5 Hrs)

By Air: Bhopal is the closest airport from Satpura National Park and the lodge offers to pick up and drop services on prior booking. Bhopal is well connected by multiple flights from Mumbai, Delhi, and other parts of the country by many national carriers. 

By Train: Satpura is probably the best-connected Tiger Reserves in the country by train, it has Itarsi, Hoshangabad, Piparia, and Sohagpur railway stations within a distance of 70 km with trains from all parts of the country.

Satpura Safari Resort Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival | Activities | Sleep Tight

    The tour starts with your arrival at the resort around noon,

    On your arrival, you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink.

    Lunch will be in the restaurant post which you will leave for a nature walk.

    Experience the deepest knowledge of Satpura wildlife and embrace the knowledge of flora and fauna closely.

    After the nature walk, you will be taken to the riverside. Explore the Tawa Backwaters. This activity is a must-try for landscape photographers and bird lovers.

    The day is not over yet, you will return to the resort where tea & snacks will be served.

    Get indulge in indoor activities & games.

    When you get tired, get refreshed and get ready for a soothing night around the bonfire and enjoy light music with barbeque.

    Dinner will be served and you have the place to yourself to enjoy.

    Go to sleep, as the next day early morning you will go for safari.

  • Day 2 - Safari | Breakfast | Check-out

    Wake up early in the morning and leave for a morning safari right after tea/coffee.

    You will be enjoying a wonderful breakfast in the jungle during your safari.

    Return back and bring the memorable experience to an end.
