Ella, based in the Badulla district of Sri Lanka refers to a charming town that reflects the dignity of Sri Lanka. On visiting Ella, you can witness scenic views of the plains, tea gardens and cafes that constitute Elle. Besides, a soothing and pleasant climate that lasts for the year soothes your mind and soul greatly. 

About the Activity:
The Guided cycling tour in Elle lets you experience the glory of the location with a two wheels ride that lets you pass through the panoramic view of mountains of Ella. Paddle through the mesmerizing green fields, shallow streams, and delightful waterfalls and make your way to the majestic Little Adam’s peak viewpoint. Experience wonderful landscape view from the top and proceed towards Ravana Ella falls. Immerse yourself and take a refreshing bath in the serene waters of Elle.

You get comfortable bicycles and helmets along with the package. The package is inclusive of Hotel pick-up and drop off and provides you with a pack of delicious refreshments. You shall also be provided with a professional guide and backup vehicles with first aid kit during the trek. Also, the package provides you with water bottles during the trip.

Starting Point of the Activity: The trekking activity begins with picking you up from your Hotel in Ella.
Duration: 4 hours
Timings: The activity package will commence from 8:00 am and last till 12:00 pm.

Ella Day Tours | Village Cycling Experience Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    08:00: You will start cycling to the famous Rawana Waterfalls. This ride will be approximately 30 minutes. On arrival at Rawana waterfalls, you will do small trekking to witness the Rawana Cave where Rawana hid a lovely Indian Princess Sita after abducting her.

    09:30: You will do a short cycling ride to enjoy the sceneries at the Ella gap. This incredible gap is one of the most picturesque locations in the country that allows plenty of photographic opportunities. At the end of this visit, you will cycle back to Ella.

    11:00: Arrive back at your hotel.
