Camping In Kullu Overview

Camping Location: Bandrol Village, Kullu

Check-In Time: 12:00 PM on day 1
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM on day 2

Kullu is spread out on the banks of River Beas and attracts travelers round the year. Valleys, streams and deep forests are what attracts tourists the most for the delightful riverside camping in Kullu. The stay is amidst the lush green forest in camps and is spacious and comfortable with common washroom facility. Tents will be allocated on a double and triple sharing basis. A sneak peek out of the window of these natural camps and witnessing the sunset and sunrise are a true delight and should not be missed at any cost.

Not just accommodation and meals, but here one can do a lot of activities such as rafting and make it an experience worth sharing.  The Himalayan rivers make the perfect site for Rafting and it is a heavenly vibe to move about the irregular waves and water splashing on the face. A common bonfire with friendly people with a combination of dance, some soft music and snacks to munch about is an ideal way to spend an evening; and is inclusive in the package cost.
Not just that, the tour has been specially designed by travel experts to avail one of a lifetime experience! 

How to Reach:
The campsite is located at a distance of 24 km from  Mall Road of Manali and one can take local transport or private cabs to reach at the campsite.

Camping In Kullu Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Reach Kullu Camp

    Arrival at campsite by travellers at the campsite

    Briefing about the stay. Activitivities will begin post the lunch

    Common Bonfire followed by a singing and dancing session in the evening

    Dinner and overnight stay in the riverside camp with Common washroom facility

  • Day 2 - Rafting and Return

    Arrival at the starting point of rafting in Kullu post the breakfast

    After safety instructions and gear check, rafting expedition will begin on the river which is a 7 km experience and takes about 35 to 45 minutes to complete.

    Travellers shall head back to campsite post rafting

    Checking out of the camps to bring the experience to an end.

Camping In Kullu: Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

  • If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

    I did camping and paragliding in Kullu and what an amazing experience it was, I was hunderd of feets above the ground flying above everyone, always wanted to try it.
