Jaisalmer is nestled in the heart of the Thar Desert with history sewn into its fabric and sand dunes that make it uniquely attractive. Listen to the stories buried in the walls of the 'Golden Fort' by the generations of people who still continue to live there and set off on the journey to witness the vastness of the unending Thar Desert while riding a camel as the sun gently splashes its golden lights with the hue of pink giving way to the sky full of stars. How to Reach:
By Air: The closest domestic airport to Jaisalmer is Jodhpur Airport, which is the best way to reach Jaisalmer by air. There are regular flights to Jodhpur from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Udaipur. From the airport, it will take you around 5 to 6 hours to reach Jaisalmer by road.
By Rail: Direct trains from Delhi, Jaipur, and Jodhpur can be availed to reach Jaisalmer. The luxury train 'Palace on Wheels' can also be availed to reach Jaisalmer. On reaching the station, a representative will be ready to take you to your pre-booked hotel.
By Road: Jaisalmer has good road connectivity with the nearby city of Jodhpur which in turn has a great connectivity of roads with Jaipur, Udaipur, and Bikaner.

Know Before You Go
- Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
- Standard check in time at the camps is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
- The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size
- Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Thrillophilia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
- In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), [Thrillophilia] reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
