Know Before You Go for Luxury Desert Camping In Jaisalmer

Check-in time is set at 4:00 PM, while check-out is scheduled for 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the stay directly.
Pick up and drop is not included in the package.
The meeting location will be shared well in advance from the day of your activity.
Please note that each camel offers a comfortable shared ride, ideal for two guests to enjoy the desert journey together.
Vegetarian food will be provided.
During or after the folk dance performance, you will have the chance to join the dancers on stage. Please be mindful and respectful of their space and performance.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the camel safari.
Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
For safety purposes, camel safari is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.
