Trekking Location: Ratangad Fort

Pickup time: 9:30 PM.

One of the most popular locations to trek in Maharashtra is this place, The Ratangad Fort. Located in the district of Ahmednagar, this place is located about 4255 Ft. above sea level. This fort lies in the Ajoba mountain range surrounded by great mountains of Kulang, Alang, Kalsubai, Katrabai, Ajoba, and Ghanchakkar. 

Bhandardara Trek From Pune starts from Shivajinagar Railway Station, Pune where you will be picked up from and will be continued to the base camp where you will reach till 4 In the morning. Breakfast will be done at the base village where there will be an introduction round for the trek. The trek to the fort will start early in the morning at 5 AM. This 3-hour trek will take you to the top till 8 AM where you will be exploring the fort as well as taking the rest. Descend will start till 9:30 AM and you will be provided lunch after you reach the base village till 12 PM.

After having lunch and resting for a while, the return journey to Pune will start at 5 PM. Evening refreshments will be provided on the bus itself. While you commute between Pune and base village, you can witness the beautiful surroundings of Sahyadri which will add stars to your trip. Finally, you will reach Pune till 9 PM depending on the traffic.
