The stay offers 2 cottages, 2 private deluxe rooms, and 4 beautiful machaans, all with attached washrooms. The cottages are made of local materials and wood, lending a countryside, rustic charm to them.

- Bird Watcher's Heaven that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests
- Bird Watcher's Fairyland that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests
- Panther Machaan that can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests
- Leopard Machaan that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests
- Wild Cat Machaan that can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests
- Tiger Machaan that can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests
- Tiger Roar Cottage that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests

Each bedroom is designed to provide the comfort you need and is equipped with modern amenities that you would not be expecting right in the middle of a jungle like Wifi, cable TV, laptop-friendly workspace, and more. Surrounded by beautiful forest plants and strategically placed for privacy, they all also have an outdoor sitting either in the private garden or the private patio, giving you the space you need with your loved ones.

About meals:
The property has its own organic farm where they grow vegetables and fruits which are used to cook fresh and nutritious lip-smacking meals. While breakfast is included in the package you can enjoy piping hot lunch and dinner on an a-la-carte basis at an additional cost.

About activities:
- Head out for a forest walk or a nature walk to the nearby villages for some peaceful time amidst nature and simplicity
- A bird lover's paradise, watching these rare species is a solace to the eyes
- Practise yoga and meditation in the lush-green garden that's full of flowers lending their sweet smell.

About accessibility:
Around 50 KM from Haldwani near Nainital, the drive to the stay crosses forests and lush trees on both sides. Private and public, both transfers are easily available to reach the stay.
