The distinct feature about this structure is that it has 2 big holes around 500 meters apart which look like two big eyes from a far distance so they are also termed as “Eyes of Al-Seeh” in native language. They were created because of heavy meteor showers around a thousand years ago. A decade or so ago, they were used as water reservoirs for irrigation by the nearby villages.

Park Zoo in Al-Kharj

Located in the north of Al-Kharj Governorates, about 29 kilometers south of Riyadh area, Al Kharj Park Zoo is a stunning amalgamation of park and zoo. Al Shoullah Club

Al Shoullah Club or stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Al Kharj. It is mostly used by the Al-Shoulla Football team for practices and matches purposes. The stadium has a capacity of seating approximately eight thousand people. It was opened in 198 5 by the General Presidency of Youth and has been maintained by them ever since.

King AbdulAziz Palace

The Murabba Palace or King AbdulAziz Palace is one of the most significant historical monuments of Riyadh. It was built by King AbdulAziz in the twelfth century depicting a major expansion of the city. It is also the first building that was constructed outside the walls of the old city. The Palace is a perfect blend of architecture and history and houses a museum and is spread across four thousand square meters.

King Abdulaziz Grand Mosque

The King Abdulaziz Grand Mosque is the largest mosque in Jeddah region. It is a beautiful and modern day mosque with unique architecture. It has a capacity of around twenty five hundred worshippers on a daily basis. Located in As Salam street, the King Abdulaziz Grand Mosque is owned and maintained by Al Riyadh Development Authority. It was built and designed in 1996 by Rasem Badran And Dar Al Omran.
