Sion Hill Place at Lansdown area of Bath is a rich locality that was designed by John Pinch the elder during 1818 to 1820. Summerhill and houses with numbers 1 to 9 are considered Grade I listed buildings.
The Georgian-style terrace of numbers 1 to 9 has four storey houses which is proportioned from which centre house 5 with pediment stands outward.
