Built in the year 1573, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque is one of the most famous tourist places in Ahmedabad city. The mosque boasts of its architectural grandeur which is evident in the ornate lattice work done on its windows and rear arches. Another main attraction of this mosque is its stone slabs which are designed in the form of intertwined trees and foliage.
With its aesthetic appeal and historical significance, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque is quite popular among photo fanatics and history lovers. Being one of the last few structures built under the reign of Delhi Sultanate, its construction is majorly credits to Sidi Saiyyed.
