The Naldehra Golf Course is located in the outskirts of Shimla, and is one of the oldest golf courses in the country. The golf course was established in the 1890s by Lord Curzon and was named after his daughter Alexandra Naldehra.

By Bus: Take a bus to the Shimla bus stand which is 20 kilometres away from the golf course. From there, you can reach the museum with a one hour drive.
By Train/ metro: Take the Kalka-Shimla train to Shimla railway station. Once you get down at Shimla railway station, the golf course is almost 20 kilometres away from the museum. You can reach the golf course with a one hour drive from the railway station.
July to September is the best time to plan your visit as this is the time when the monsoons are over and the golf course is well moisturised for a game. The place is also misty, creating a surreal look to play the game.
Golf course is open on all days, but you can visit this place on the weekdays as this is the time when the crowds are comparatively less.
