How To Reach Mughal Gardens

By Road:

• By Car: The Mughal Gardens are easily accessible by car and located at a distance of around 15 km from the city centre of Srinagar. It usually takes around 25-30 minutes to reach the iconic gardens.
• By Bus: Public buses from Srinagar's main areas regularly travel to the gardens. It's considered an affordable way to reach the gardens in approximately 35-40 minutes with stops at major attractions, including Dal Lake.

By Water: For a unique experience, you can take a 5-6 hour long shikara ride from Dal Lake and travel through the waterways to visit the Mughal Gardens. This scenic route offers a distinct perspective of the gardens and the surrounding landscape.
