Kallio Church Overview
If you are looking for historical places to go in Helsinki, the Kallio Church is a fine choice of tourist attractions in the city. It is a very popular and historically significant landmark ever since its construction in the year 1912.  As you walk along the Kallio district, you will find the church at the end of the longest street axis of the district.

It is a fine representation of the unique nationalistic style of Finland. Among the notable features of the church is its decoration with murals of art nouveau style. If you are around the church during the noon or evening, you may hear the German bells playing at this time.
