HATHISINGH JAIN TEMPLE

If you want to delve deeper into the rich culture of Ahmedabad, you can’t miss out this beautiful Jain temple that has been intriguing visitors with its religious significance and noteworthy sculptures. Established in the year 1848, Hathisingh temple is reckoned as one of the most prominent temples in the city.

This ancient Jain temple perched on the Shahibaug Road of Bradolpura, is home to around 11 deity sculptures. While the construction project of this temple was initiated by Sheth Huthseeing Kesarisinh, it was finished by his wife, Shethani Harkunwar. The religious site is dedicated to 15th Tirthankara of Jains and is one of the must-visit tourist places in Ahmedabad for the peace seekers.
