Located in the heart of Amritsar, Gobindgarh Fort is one of the most historic tourist attractions in Amritsar. The fort was under the control of the Indian Army and was only for their usage until 2017 when it was open to public viewing.
Gobindgarh Fort is being developed as a live museum and art gallery. The place will be home to some of the oldest documents and art of Sikhism. Also, Gobindgarh Fort houses the famous Zamzama Cannons.
