By Car: Drive your own car or hire a taxi, the IOI City Mall is 42 kilometers from KL city center, and it takes about 40 minutes to get there. If you're coming from the KL international airport, the route is around 38.9 kilometers long and takes about 42 minutes to complete.
By Train: From KL Sentral, take the KLIA Transit train to Putrajaya Sentral, which is 12 min away from each other. Then, from Putrajaya Sentral, take a taxi or a bus to District 21 to cover the remaining 11 km.

The best time to visit District 21 is on a weekday afternoon when there are fewer people. You will have more time to enjoy its activities and will not have to wait outside for your turn because only 75 individuals are allowed into the attraction at one time.
