By Car: Chumathang Hot Spring is located around 138 km from the Leh city centre. It will take around 2 hours and 40 minutes via the NH 3 route.

Chumathang Hot Spring remains open during the summer season. So, plan your tour accordingly. Best time of the day is to visit the Chumathang Hot Spring from around 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM for the best experience. You may also visit during the sunrise hours.
