- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the cable car cabins and at the stations for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
- Listen to instructions from cable car staff and follow safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.
- Remain seated or hold onto the handrails inside the cabin during the journey, and avoid leaning out of the windows for safety reasons.
- Flammable materials like liquids, gases, ionised and non-ionised lithium batteries; and devices that contain flammable materials such as Motorized Personal Mobility devices and electronic scooters and helium balloons are prohibited onboard the Singapore Cable Car.
- Storage facility is not available at the Trick Eye Museum.
