Things to carry

Ziplining is available daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for a smooth check-in process.

The activity lasts approximately 1 hour, including safety briefings, preparation, and the zipline ride.

The minimum weight to participate in this activity is 30 kg and the maximum weight is 90 kg.

Visitors under the age of 7 years are not allowed to participate in this activity.

The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.

Timings must be strictly followed, as the activity is strictly time constraint.

Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the activity. Participants under the influence will not be allowed to zipline.

The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather condition. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.

Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose accessories such as hats, scarves, or jewelry during the ride.

For safety purpose, this activity is not recommended for women who more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery or has a broken leg/arm or chronic back or neck pains.

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.

If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
