Things to carry
Visitors under the age of 12 years are not allowed to participate in this activity.
Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as a proof of identity.
Ziplining is available daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for a smooth check-in process.
It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing such as shorts, trousers, and t-shirts.
The exact location will be shared once the booking is confirmed.
Kindly tie long hair back and do not leave them open during the zipline ride.
All safety gear, including helmets and harnesses, will be provided.
Transfers to and from the activity location are not available, so participants should arrange their own transportation to ensure timely arrival for the experience.
The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.
Timings must be strictly followed, as the activity is strictly time constraint.
Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the activity. Participants under the influence will not be allowed to zipline.
The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.
For safety purposes, this activity is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery or has a broken leg/arm or chronic back or neck pains.

  • If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
