Teesta River rafting operates from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the river's flow and weather conditions.
Participants must be above 5 years of age and weigh under 90 kg to join this activity.
The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.
Avoid heavy meals before and after the activity for a better experience.
For safety purposes, this activity is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant and those who have had major surgery, or have a broken leg/arm, have chronic back or neck pains, etc.
No sharp objects, lighters, knives, alcohol, or luggage are allowed. Follow all instructor guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Kindly arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to avoid any delays.
ID Proof is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival. PAN Card will not be considered a valid identity proof.
Personal expenses, meals, or transfers not mentioned are exclusions. Breakage or damage of any items will incur charges.
Please note that the activity may be cancelled due to circumstances like weather conditions, natural disasters, political disturbance, etc. In cases like these, the visitors will be offered the next best slot available.

  • If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
