This resort is one of the very best properties in Chennai, and is located in the heart of the city. They offer the best luxury experience here, which is present in their service, rooms, vast range of amenities as well as the food. I especially enjoyed spending time at their bar and spa. They also have an outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre. I also availed a very exciting offer from Thrillophilia, which was an added bonus.

A befitting luxury stay in Chennai. The smooth booking procedure, coupled with the resort’s amazing rooms and facilities made our weekend as beautiful as promised. The restaurants at Vivanta were exceptional as well.

Vivanta by Taj Chennai Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.
