Located on the road of Old Mussoorie, the stay is a British era stay and has been designed by British Architects in the late 1890s. The stay is located near the famous Malsi Forest Reserve and Rispana River which is usually active in Monsoon. The stay has a century-old rustic gate under the canopy of deep pink bougainvillaea, looking at the signature style colonial British house with a porch, sloping roofs and chimney on top. The rooms give a touch of an old British touch, the room features a double bed, dimly lighted lamps, a closet an attached washroom and windows to provide ample daylight and cross ventilation into the room. Rooms have old stone walls which are more than a feet wide and provide for natural insulation. The is sloping with a ceiling fan. Rooms are decorated simply to give a cosy cottage feel

The stay provides a guided visit to famous robber's cave, locally known as Gucchu Pani, is a river cave formed in the Himalayas. This river cave is believed to be an abode of Lord Shiva and is very close to Sahasradhara or 'The Thousandfold Springs' in Uttarakhand. Its speciality is that river water flows out from the middle of the cave. It creates a feeling similar to being in a scene from a mystery movie - surrounded by dark limestone as streams gush in, echoing inside the cave. The one visiting Mussoorie and Dehradun surely visits this place. 

The stay is centrally located near Dehradun and is easy to access famous sightseeing points like Sahasradhara and Mindrolling monastery. Sahastradhara literally means 'thousand-fold spring. One can also visit The Mindrolling Monastery known as the Buddha Temple Complex. Further, the adventure seekers can even take a visit to wildlife parks or can take a park in trekking to Jwala Devi Temple or Benog Hill. 

How to Reach:  The stay is located in Dehradun and is well connected with all the roads, further, the stay is just ~35 km from Jolly Grant Airport and approx 11 km from Dehradun Railway Station. Traveller can easily reach the stay by taking their personal vehicle or private cab
