We liked the way things were well planned meticulously.
Hotel booked for our stay at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh we're heart of city and happening places around Hotel itself. Accomodation arranged at Da Nang ( Hoi An ) was classic though it was 4, 5 kms away from beach and happening old / ancient Town. 
Hotels and cruise  booked were well fasicilated and with delicious breakfast.
Pick up from  and for Airport was prompt and timely.
Overall tour was value for money and well organized, just an observation to note is addition of Sapa or cat ba Island was possible by cutting 3 days in Ho Chi Min to make our 9 days your further more happiest tour......
