Minimum 2 people are required to book this activity.

Participants must be at least 12 years old to join the activity.

Ensure the harness and helmet are properly fitted before starting.

The meeting point is Hathi Paon, Mussoorie. The exact activity location will be shared after booking confirmation.

Follow the instructor's safety guidelines at all times.

Avoid carrying loose items like phones or sunglasses during the activity.

Participants should be in good physical health with no heart conditions.

Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before the activity.

Kindly do not litter and help keep the destination clean.

Please note that the activity may be cancelled due to circumstances like weather conditions, natural disasters, political disturbance, etc. In cases like these, the visitors will be offered the next best slot available.

For safety purposes, this activity is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.

Please note that the participants will have to manage the commute to the activity location on their own.

The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.

Valley Crossing in Mussoorie Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
