In case of inclement weather conditions, only the dolphin watching activity will be canceled and the rest of the activities will continue.

Please note: This activity has a 90% dolphin sighting success rate, however, as dolphins are wild mammals, sightings cannot be guaranteed. An alternative activity will be arranged for you if the sighting is not successful.

Outside service areas pick-up charges: IDR 150,000/car, one way in Uluwatu and Tanah Lot; IDR 100,000/car, one way in Canggu; IDR 200,000/car, one way in Amed. All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.

Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket can only be redeemed on the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.

Timing of pick-up & drop-off might be tentative, depending upon the weather conditions.

Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time.

There will be a penalty fee of IDR 50,000 if you are unable to show up on time.

The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. The next 30 minutes will incur an additional surcharge of IDR50,000 to be paid in cash directly to the driver. If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour from the original pick up time, it will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given
