We booked a room stay with beautiful balcony view at Tropical Retreat by Thrillophilia, the price was little high when compared with different website but the inclusions in the package made us realise it is worth the price, because we had so many activities along with the stay. What a peaceful Tropical retreat to stay in Igatpuri, amazing views from the resort mesmerised me, and music has added the fun. Food served was amazing, rooms and washrooms were well maintained.

Tropical Retreat Igatpuri Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.
