The check in time is 2 PM and the check out time is 12 PM.
Guests are requested to adhere to the check in/check out time. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and can incur additional charges.
Please note that an extra mattress to accommodate 1 extra adult in each room can be arranged at an additional cost.
Pets are allowed but they must be kept on a leash in common areas to ensure their safety.

Teela Resort is located on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, home to diverse flora and fauna. While spotting wildlife adds to the experience, guests are requested to avoid feeding or approaching animals, follow marked trails during nature walks, and keep noise levels low to respect the natural habitat.
Avoid venturing out alone after dark in forested areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all resort buildings. Designated smoking areas are available.
Guest rooms are restricted to registered occupants only; no outsiders will be allowed access. The management reserves the right to evict violators without refund.

The customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
